this is about what is in your greatest highest healthiest best
this same energy will radiate onto others involved
Speaking your truth frees you for your divine path that awaits
Take great care in how you speak about others, even how you speak about yourself, and any negative thoughts as your body acknowledges no one else, only you. The negativity will only be reflected back to you
It is time to move on and let go
Loss, sadness, and disappointment are weighty
Experience, feel the loss, and move through the confusion, emotions

as facing your pains directly is the fastest way through them and to the light
Of course it is ALWAYS difficult to SEE the light at the end of the momentarily dark tunnel but it gets brighter as you face your grief, grievances
We can not change the past, the past are the invaluable lessons you require for your future

Facing your pains helps you to move enough to take action
It is that action that brings that light closer
Remember there are no accidents, everything, I mean everything, happens for a reason. They are all strengthening lessons

Your subconscious and conscious self acknowledges no one but you, therefore, your negative words, thoughts, actions, attack your body on a cellular level. Your body assumes this energy is about you and reacts unhealthily accordingly to the negativity you are inadvertently feeding it
