Self-judgement is easier to serve than shifting our mindset

to accept the beauty and talent we possess.

The Divine doesn't make mistakes.

You were born win the Creator's image and are perfect the way you are. Feel worthy of all his blessings

Find something of yourself today that you can appreciate;

whatever piece of you you feel the Creator's 'got right'.

It could be a deed,

a word shared,

anything of your appearance,

a personality trait perhaps.

Let that piece grow daily until you see what the Creator sees,

your true beauty being reflected.

Undo the falsehoods from what others have said or done in your life.

The best of you is within you.

Relearn to love yourself.

The precious pearl in the shell.

You are your own treasure.

Care for yourself as you would a loved one.

Find the patience, the kindness, and the caring you would give to another, for yourself.

Let down your self-defenses blocking you from giving and receiving.
